Achieving 4-star Care Planning
CSCI in their last report before the Care Quality Commission came into being said this:-
‘Care homes for older people perform least well in relation to standards relating to care plans (62%). However, good care plans, that are drawn up with the person and that focus on their abilities and what they aspire to, are crucial to personalised care.’ From ‘The state of social care in England’, published in January 2009.
